About PAC SPM:
The scientific supervisor of the project is Storozhev I.N.
The software and hardware complex is a set of sensors assembled in
plastic cabinet ip67 250*350*200 mm, satellite dish in the form of a disk diameter 170*100mm
and a 600*1200mm solar panel with a capacity of 100 watts. Everything is mounted on a support
below the wires by 3m. Nothing is put on the wires.
The PAC is non-volatile, it does not receive power from the overhead line in any form.
Also in the cabinet there is a 12V ionistor battery with a capacity of up to 500,000
Farad, which does not change the characteristics of charging / discharging at temperatures from -60 to +60,
with a service life of more than 10 years. Thus, the PAC is maintenance-free for 10 years.
Satellite communication is two-way, the price of data transmission for 10 years is included in the cost of the package.
The PAC settings can be changed remotely, works anywhere in the world.
The main difference between the PAK and the existing ICS is the basic possibility of not only fixing
short circuit search directions, but also current measurements with an accuracy of 15%, profile fixation
events in the form of 10 current and voltage measurements, the possibility of recording current surges
and voltage within the established limits, the possibility of additional installation in the sensor package
temperature, humidity, wind direction and strength, optical icing sensor
and dancing wires, a low-resolution thermal imaging camera.
In development, a controlled drive for a linear disconnector connected directly to the battery is being
developed, which allows, when installing the pack on the soldering, not only to detect a short circuit
on the soldering, to see
on the thermal imager, the state of the linear disconnector, but also remotely control the disconnector.
The PAC works on overhead lines of any voltage classes. It has a built-in GPS sensor.
There is an Android mobile application integrated with the navigator.
In 2022, an agreement was signed with the State University, in close cooperation
a module of the decision support system (machine learning, AI methods) is being developed.
The presence of a powerful controller and/or mini computer and a system module in the design of the PAC
decision support (DSS) will allow to realize the digitalization of the network, to realize
machine-to-machine interface.
